3.2.5. Installing the Speakers
Mount the speakers on the left and right sides of the driver (above or under
the dashboard).
Make sure the speakers are not deeply “hidden”,
which can significantly reduce the loudness of the sounds it will
emit.
When connecting the speakers, pay attention to the cable labels (right
& left) to place each loudspeaker on its correct side. The loudspeakers'
cable ends are connected to the MLD cable as follows:
P3 – Right Speaker to J3 (White wire) of the MLD cable.
P4 – Left Speaker to J4 (Black wire) of the MLD cable.
3.2.6. (Optional):
Connecting to Vehicle CAN Interface (OBD II or J1939)
1. Identify the wires in the vehicle that carry the required digital signals
(CAN-High, CAN-Low, GND) according to table below.
2. Connect the CAN-High, CAN-Low and GND wires from the AWS Short
CAN-B connector cable to the appropriate wires in the vehicle. Each
wire is labeled, and has a unique color. Make sure to connect the wires
appropriately.

3. Insert the already-connected AWS Short CAN-B connector cable behind
the vehicle trimmings so that the 4 pin connector that is left reaches
the VSU cable wire labeled "CAN-B" (Black).
