(3) Monitoring data with a programming tool
The read input data sets can be monitored using the device monitor function of a
programming tool. The following windows show the execution results of the
program for reading input data sets in polling mode.
Example of a logic result (input data set 1) (The bit 0 of the logic result 0 is

Example of overall CRC (input data set 2) (overall CRC = 0 x 47B97013)
Example of CPU module [0] status (input data set 3) (in RUN status)
