BFM #0: Flag

Operation of b15 (Temperature control ready flag)

Description on operation

1) When the power is turned on and initialization of the temperature control CPU is com-

pleted, the temperature control ready flag turns on.

2) While the temperature control ready flag is ON, the FX

-2LC accepts TO instructions.
