INSTALL ERROR OUTPUT
OPTIONS The 10-bin mailbox was not installed properly.
Check the installation of the 10-bin mailbox.
I/C IS NOT INSTALLED The imaging cartridge is not installed.
Install the imaging cartridge.
INITIALIZING OUTPUT
OPTION The output option is initializing.
HARD DRIVE ERROR The hard drive could be damaged.
Turn the printer of and back on. The printer begins by
automatically formatting the hard disk drive. If this
message is still displayed, the hard drive must be
replaced. You can continue to print without the hard drive
by pressing the [PROCEED] key.
INTERFACE ERROR
PARALLEL CONNECTION Bi-directional communication in the parallel interface is
not functioning properly.
Turn the printer off and back on again. Check to see with
the interface cable is connected correctly and that you
are using the correct type of cable. If the problem
persists, contact your customer service technical
specialist.
TONER EMPTY The toner cartridge is empty.
Install a new imaging cartridge.
I/C lifetime The imaging cartridge is used up.
Install a new imaging cartridge.
OUTPUT BIN X FULL
(user name) The output bin indicated is full.
Empty the output bin.
