Clearing a paper jam in the output unit

Turn the printer OFF.

Open the swiveling paper output
cover of the 5-bin mailbox.

Pull the jammed paper straight out
of the unit.

Do paper jams occur
frequently?

mailbox is properly installed,

Close the swiveling paper output
cover.
