Service Manual – SC8000

Component Locations

Recovery Tank

The

Recovery Tank

is on

the left rear side of the

machine.

The

Vacuum Fan Assembly

driven by a hydraulic

motor, is located on the

right side of the machine.

The

Vacuum Fan Assembly

pulls air through the

Vacuum Hose

which is

connected to the

Recovery

Tank

. The airflow creates

the vacuum needed to pull

the wastewater from the

squeegee and

Squeegee

Hose Assembly

, through

the

Cuffed Hose Assembly

and into the

Recovery Tank

The

Recovery Tank Cover

Assembly

opens to allow

access to the inside of the

Recovery Tank

, and to the

Vacuum Fan Assembly

and

hoses. The

Recovery Tank

Cover Assembly

seals on

the

Recovery Tank

when

closed to maintain the

vacuum inside of the

Recovery Tank

The

Drain Hose

allows you

to empty the

Recovery

Tank

Drain

Hose

Recovery

Tank

Cover

Assembly

Recovery

Tank
