- Check the boiler at minimum load.

The High fire adjustment (2) is made via a large bladed screw driver on models 45 - 100 and via a
small blade screw driver on model 120. This adjuster is a non dynamic restrictor/gate and therefore
should be adjusted as follows. To increase the gas throughput turn the adjuster counter clockwise. To
decrease the gas throughput turn the adjuster clockwise.
The Low fire adjustment (1) is made via a 40 Torques bit on all appliances. This adjuster is a dynamic
governor and therefore should be adjusted as follows. To increase the gas throughput turn the
adjuster clockwise. To decrease the gas throughput turn the adjuster counter clockwise.
All adjustments must be made with the aid of a flue gas analyzer continually sampling the appliances
products of combustion in the appliances flue, concentric flue adapter or where no other option is
available via the flue gas sensor tapping. (in this case the probe should be inserted 2/3s of the depth
of the heat exchanger.
