11. Working method with the
JETVARNISH 3DS

User Manual

- 130 -

In the position tab. set the printing substrate format or create it if it does not exist.

In the position tab. set the image position (left or right registering. file position in center).

The profile is used to automate the setting part (thickness. printing mode. machine speed.
drying. etc.).

A profile is associated with a varnish thickness which determines a printing speed. drying. and many
other parameters.

If no profile was defined. please follow the following steps; if a profile is selected. please skip steps 7. 12. 13
and 14.

In the Quality tab. please indicate the maximum thickness desired on the document (black
thickness at 100% in the tiff file).
