First start-up for SSM-6 servo motors:

It is imperative that you check the installation before the initial start-up!

• After making the necessary electrical connections, check that the sealing gasket on the inner

side of the motor top cover is in-situ and proper!

• When closing the cover, tighten the cover screws evenly and uniformly with the same torque!

• Do not make additional holes into the motor!

• Check the motor for damage!

• Are the mechanical connections correct?

• Have the electrical connections been made correctly?

• Are the necessary voltage, current and frequency required for the motor correct?



Are the cable unions correct? Is there any damage to the cables?
