Arrange the left, right, top & bottom door
frames (No’s. 11, 12, 13 & 14) onto a level
surface. Secure the top and bottom frames to
the uprights using 2x80mm screw per corner,
ensuring the screws do NOT protrude through
the front of the door framing.

Fasten six hinges
(No. 17)
to the door and the frame with
the screws supplied with the hinges. Make sure that the
screws fit evenly into the framing on the otherside of the
door. Also make sure that there is an equal 3mm spacing
between the doors and the framing.
The doors should fit evenly within the framing. Make sure
that there is an equal 3mm spacing between the doors and
the framing.
It is important to fit the doors within the frames at this
stage so that you can establish the position of the hinges.
The hinges come in two parts. Remove Doors from frame
after fitting.
CAUTION:
THESE DOORS ARE EXTREMELY HEAVY!
