Step 8
Once you have laid 6 log boards (
on top of the
starter board
) up the door section, slide the
assembled door frame
(without main doors)
over the boards resting the frame on top of the
starter board (if you have not yet assembled the
door frame refer to step 6 & 7.)
*Please note:

process of fitting the door frame is the same.
**Please Note:
The short boards at the
front of the building (either side of the door and
window opening’s) can be placed either side

Following the method shown in the
illustration, lay the next 6 boards
(No’s. 24, 25, 26, 27 ,28 & 38) onto
the log cabin to create your second
level.
*Make sure that there are seven
rows of log boards in total below the
window.
*Ensure that the boards are level
and flush with each other as you lay
each one
