p a rtic u la r p o s itio n o f lever (4).
The v o lu m e o f fresh a ir su p p lie d to th e ve h icle in te rio r
can be increased by p u sh ing lever (4) to th e right.
The fan speed may be changed by m oving lever (4) to
I;."i p o s itio n “ II” , “ III” o r “ m a x ” . The fresh a ir intake may
be te m p o ra rily closed (press push b u tto n | |J ) if driv-
I ing th ro u g h d u sty areas o r a n n o yin g o d o rs e n te r the
ca r in te rio r.

Air Recirculation Switch
Pressing th e s w itc h (sym bol-side) d o w n , causes a ir to
be re c irc u la te d w ith o n ly a sm all a m o u n t o f fresh air.
The in d ic a to r lam p s h o u ld be on (do n o t push § j| b u t­
ton). T his s e ttin g can also be used if a n n o y in g o d o rs
are e n te rin g th e c a r’s in te rio r. At high o u ts id e te m p e r­
atures th e a ir c o n d itio n in g system is a u to m a tic a lly
s w itch e d on, p ro v id in g increased c o o lin g of the re c ir­
c u la te d air.

Fast Cooling
• T u rn te m p e ra tu re s e le c to r w heel (1) and lo ck in
extre m e end p o s itio n “ M IN".
• Push b u tto n | § U o r i n c lim a te c o n tro l sw itch (3).
• Push i£3 b u tto n .
• Push lever (4) to fa r rig h t “ m a x ” p o sitio n .
• For m a xim u m a ir flo w push up levers (7) and (9).
• C lose w in d o w s and s lid in g ro o f com p le te ly.
O pen th e w in d o w s a n d /o r s lid in g ro o f lo n g e n o u g h to
let h o t a ir in s id e th e ca r escape. T his helps reduce the
tim e th e a ir c o n d itio n e r m ust run before th e car cools.
