Regular Maintenance Procedures 

Below is a chain of operations;
Cleaning of inlet water filter
Oven interior wall cleaning
Cleaning of oven rotating racks and trays
Cooking compartment lighting 

Lamp Replacing 

12V bulbs used for lighting. Keeping the lamps off for a period of time protects the lamps as the 

inside of the oven will reach very high temperature during use. Wait for the bulb to cool down before 

replacing. 

Handle with a cloth or heat-absorbing material when in use. (Figure 2, Figure 3 and Figure 4)
