Fuel Connection Installation (Burner)
It is situated at right or left side of the burner oven in ROTA810 bakery ovens with rotary trolley. Burner
type and fuel characteristics shall be specified during order phase. Customer prepares the fuel tank in
advance according to the fuel specification.

Natural gas burner: ½” steel pipe used between tank and regulator while ½” spiral hose is used
between steel spiral and the burner.
Electrical Connection Rules
• Customer is responsible for the electrical connection. At the same time, the customer has to make
the electrical connection in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.
• Power supply and the protection of the conductors as well as a strong and effective grounding
system are the responsibility of the customer.
• Cables used to connect the electrical panel to the power grid must be approved and must be
suitable for operating an installed machine.
• Make sure that the power line is switched off before starting the electrical connection.
• Make sure the cables are in a safe place and that there is no risk of accidents.
• Terminals must be properly fixed so that they do not affect each other and do not damage the
internal components.
• User must have a circuit breaker or fuse switch that provides electrical energy to the oven.
• All the cables connecting the oven board and the elements are heat resistant.
• ROTA810 bakery oven with rotary trolley’s operating voltage is 220 / 380 V AC and operating
frequency is 50 Hz.
• Ventilation of the electrical cabinet is important. Air temperature may rise to levels that will
damage the parts.
Electrical panel is mounted behind the front views of the oven. Connectors must be suitable according
to the operating instructions for the electrical panel. (Figure 15)
