Clean product residues inside the oven. Brush with rough brush and wash
with water.
Oven shelf, tray and yeast chamber
cleaning
Clean residues with wire brush and
wash with ample amount of water
and then leave the tray for drying.
Glass door area cleaning
Wipe with less amount of
detergent and moisturized cloth.
EVERY WEEK
Clean area out of foodstuff
compartment
Wipe with a few amount of
detergent and cloth then wash
with ample amount of water and
dry it.
Clean door glasses.
Use hot water or any glass cleaner.
Clean electronic display part.
Clean button panel with a neutral
detergent.
EVERY MONTH
Check the steam function.
Use anti-scale for water installation
connections.
Water Installation Cleaning
•
Once a week, the valve is opened where the plumbing is installed and the descaler is
poured.
•
It is recommended to pour 1 liter each to three separate water connections.
