Dismounting and Reassembly 

During the service life of the machine, it is possible to disassemble some parts for replacement, 

cleaning, maintenance and control. 
Even; if the entry and exit doors are not large enough during machine movement or when the 

machine is being driven, it may be necessary to disassemble the machine again. 
These operation; should be carried out by the personnel of the manufacturer or by the personnel 

authorized by the manufacturer. 
Before moving the burner-containing parts of the oven, burner area should be allowed to cool until it 

is equal to the ambient temperature. 

Burner extraction procedure: 

• 

 Switch off the fuel inlet and remove with the lever. 

• 

 Disconnect the voltage from the electrical panel. 

• 

 Disconnect the burner completely. 

• 

 Disconnect the pipes from the burner. 

• 

 Remove the nuts securing the burner remove the burner with one hand while removing it from 

the oven.

• 

 Place the burner to a thin place. 

CONTROL PANEL USE 

ROTA810 bakery oven with rotary trolley has 3 functions as pre-heating, cooking and cooling. (Figure 

19).
