To enter the new configuration and return to the previous screen,
press the OK function key.

the connections to the instrument are made, press the

ARM

function key to arm the capture circuitry.

NOTE:

Status will change from

INACTIVE

to

ARM

8.

Use

the

START

inputs to initiate the test. If a BEFORE STOP

mode of operation is selected, a

STOP

signal is required to

terminate the test. In a AFTER-START mode, the test is
automatically terminated depending on selection: 15, 30 or 60
seconds after it is started (15 sec/300 samples, 30 sec/600
samples or 60 sec/1200 samples).

The

START

or

STOP

inputs respond to a change of state. This

change may be a dry contact opening or closure, initial application
of an AC or DC voltage and . The input terminals are isolated from
the chassis ground and are independent of signal polarity.

9.

Once the measurement is completed and data has been captured,
the data is automatically displayed. Use the

PAGE UP

or

PAGE

DOWN

function keys to scroll through the pages of data. The total

samples of readings and number of pages is dependent on
selection; 15 sec/300 samples, 30 sec/600 samples or 60 sec/1200
samples.
