Preventive Maintenance
Maintenance
The stretcher requires regular maintenance. Make a maintenance plan/schedule and
follow it. The table below shows the minimum maintenance intervals.

Regular safety technical

performed two years after the purchase of the

Cleaning
1. Wash all parts with lukewarm water.
2. Remove bloodstains with a brush or solvent.
3. Blow off excess water with compressed air and wipe dry with a cloth.
Pressurized water can be used for cleaning. The product is protected against the
ingress of water at IP66 level. When cleaning with pressurized water, the product does
not expose to worse conditions than the following parameters:
- water flow 100 l / min, and at the same time the diameter of the nozzle 12.5 mm,
and at the same time the distance from the product 2.5 meters.
Lubrication
Lubricate with Interflon Fin Lube TF.
WARNING
Lubrication may only be performed by a trained person. Improper lubrication may
damage the function of mechanisms.
