c) Route temperature probe down through hood
latch area along radiator mounting bracket.

4) Attach temperature probe to radiator bracket.
a) Insert tip of probe mounting clip into opening left
from factory pre-wire removal.

b) Push the base of the probe mounting clip into
opening.

5) Secure temperature probe haness.

Ensure that corregated tubing on wire
harness is pulled back as far as possible
towards the vehicle firewall before securing
the harness with tie wraps.
a) Gently pull slack from temperature probe
harness, upwards towards vehicle hood latch
area.
b) Secure temperature probe harness to bracket
beneath hood release lever with one large tie
wrap.

c) Pull any excess slack back through opening in
front of engine compartment and secure to
vehicle wire bundle with one large tie wrap.

Do not pull on probe harness to seat clip. Damage may result.
