LIFT CYLINDER BLEEDING
NOTE:
This operation must be performed in a location where the maximum
distance of 60” between the ground and the vehicle bed may be obtained.
1.
Lower the opened platform to the ground.
2.
Loosen, but do not disconnect
the Cylinder Fitting from the
Pressure Compensated Flow
Control Valve
, located at the top of
both Lift Cylinders.
3.
Activate the “RAISE” switch
for approximately one second
and then release the switch.
Wait ten seconds and repeat.
Repeat this procedure until
there is no air leaking from the
loosened fittings, then tighten
those fittings.
4.
Raise and lower the platform to see if
the unit operates smoothly. If so, raise,
fold, and store the Platform.
