RELIEF VALVE PRESSURE SETTING

NEW STYLE RELIEF VALVE

The Relief Valve pressure is set at the factory. If adjustment is needed,

use the following instructions to set the pressure per the table below.

1.

Attach a 0-3000 PSI gauge to the Pressure Port.

Actuate the Control Switch to the “Raise” position. Turn
the Relief Valve Adjustment Screw to the proper setting.

(Hint: Adjust the setting to approximately
300 psi below the desired pressure, and
slowly raise the pressure until you reach
the recommended pressure shown in
the table below.
