Feature Overview
Video Inputs - HDoC and PoE
Depending on the configuration of your unit, there are 8, 16, or 24 HDoC camera ports (1 to 3 HDoC
modules with 8 ports each) and there are 8 or 16 PoE ports for IP cameras (one or two PoE
modules with 8 ports each). If the unit has 24 HDoC ports, there are no PoE camera ports (see
“Configuration Options” on page 11).
The HDoC video inputs are BNC coaxial connectors that support NTSC and PAL inputs.
The HDoC inputs support three HD standards, as well as traditional non-HD analog cameras:

AHD (Analog High Definition)
•
HD-TVI (High Definition - Transport Video Interface)
•
HD-CVI (High Definition - Composite Video Interface)
•
Standard Definition analog
Video termination is controlled through the Visual Intelligence software. You can use the March
Networks Administrator Console application to view and modify the analog video termination.
