The engine power is
reduced and the engine
coolant temperature is
increased – the symbol is
displayed. The motor output is
reduced due to an increase
in the coolant temperature. Wait until the coolant has
cooled down and the motor
output increases again
The symbol is displayed,
the engine output falls
continuously (coolant
temperature is too high) Due to a malfunction, the
power is continuously
reduced. The engine is not
switched off however, in
order to drive on to the next
place where it is possible to
