Connect the power cable and USB cable alone to the board. No need to connect 
camera cables at this stage.

Run the 3D alignment software.  It will run in Demo mode only. Select 

SENSOR 

CALIBRATION

Calibration

 menu. The following screen will appear:

Fix the 6° block (Big) on the Jig as shown below and save Y Axis Span calibration.
