again regulates to reference pressure.
Reference volumetric flow
The reference volumetric flow can be set in
the
Pressure consistency
parameter group
Chapter 6.12.
To set a desired volumetric flow in nominal
ventilation, fully open all valves.
The unit is initialised and determines the drop
in pressure at the differential pressure sensor
with set volumetric flow (reference pressure).
The ventilation unit is controlled such that the
reference pressure remains stable within a
defined tolerance range.
Reference pressure
The reference pressure can be set in the
Pressure consistency
parameter group
Chapter 6.12.
Enter the pressure calculated by the plan-
ning office here. This is kept constant during
operation.
10.2 Filter monitoring with pressure
measuring sensor
Alternative monitoring of filter usage times
using pressure measuring sensor.
This involves determining a differential pres
-
sure and saving a pressure loss characteris-
tics curve for every volumetric flow (HPV, RV,
NV, IV) with clean filters.
The
Permissible delta p
parameter specifies
the maximum permissible increase in pres-
sure in %
Chapter 6.13.

Before activating filter monitoring, be
sure to insert new air filters in the ventila
-
tion unit.
i
If the „Filter monitoring“ parameter is
set to
yes
, the ventilation unit is set to
the current pressure loss – the unit runs
through the entire volumetric flow range
from RV to IV for 10 minutes. This initiali-
sation sequence takes place whenever
a filter change is acknowledged.
