STEP 6
Check for any damage on the
trigger wheel teeth
Check for proper mounting of
trigger wheel mounting screw
Is there any
damage/screws
loosened?
If the screws are loosened ,
tighten to torque
If toner wheel damaged, replace
it with a new one
Clear the DTC and verify
STEP 5
Check the crankshaft end play
Is the end paly with
in limits?
Identify the root cause of the
crank shaft end play and rectify
Clear the DTC and verify
STEP 7
Check whether the crankshaft
speed sensor wire routing is
closer to starter motor
Is the wire closer to
starter motor?
Route the wires correctly
(Refer wiring manual for proper
routing)
Clear the DTC and verify
Suspect crankshaft speed
sensor internal failure
Replace crankshaft speed sensor
with a with a new one.
Check and verify for any new
DTC’s
