HVAC FILTER – CLEAN
•
Clean mesh every service interval.
•
Check the entire system for leaks and recharge if required.
HVAC FILTER - CLEAN
Refer above illustrations -
1.
Open and remove the Glove Box. Refer illustration
[A]
2.
Remove the Glove box stay brackets. Refer illustration
[B].
3.
Remove the HVAC Filter Cover by opening the snap clips on both sides.
4.
Take out HVAC Filter Element, Refer illustration
[C].
5.
Clean the Filter Element with pressurised air flow (If compressed air is used, ensure
the pressure is low). If the filter tray found very dusty it can be cleaned by clean
water and soap solution and then dry it with help of low pressure air blow.
6.
Fit the cleaned HVAC Filter & Cover; lock the snap clips on both sides.
7.
Fit the Glove Box support brackets properly.
8.
Check Glove box for proper opening and closing.
Clean the HVAC filter with water/soap
solution if it is very dusty and then use
low air pressure.
