LFS Low Flow Stability
Second by second weight reading of the load cells to accumulate a steady rate of
throughput. In applications with rates below 5 lbs/hr you may need to increase this value in
seconds. Default 1 second weight sampling rate.
XOF Extruder Offset
Percentage offset of the throughput of the extruder to account for material not metered by
the LIW. The percentage offset is added to the LIW’s actual throughput that is displayed
on the LIW controller and reported in “Get Steady State Rate”. Percenteage in 100ths of a
percent. Example XOF set to: 01000 = 10.00%
Default is 00000.
XOD Extruder Offset Delay
Works with XOF. Delay in seconds after a change to XOF before making the offset change
to the displayed throughput and the recalculated “Steady State Rate”. Example: XOD set
to 00060 = 60 seconds. Default is 00060
