Versión 05-12
3.2.
Selecting installation type:
Only configure for installation other than the 2 pipes
(default).
3.2.1.
FC 2 pipes:
The zone control manages a 2 pipes hydronic installation.
-
FC 2 pipes + Sensor (Fc1):
Default. The sensor detects
the working mode of the chiller (heating/cooling) and it
compares this mode with the one selected in the Master
thermostat. It avoids the start of the machine in a non
desired mode.
-
FC 2 pipes+Electric coil
. The electric coil will
start in the case of the chiller in a cooling mode and the
Master thermostat in heating mode. In other case. it will
star up the electric coil if the water temperature it is too
low.
-
FC 2 pipes + No Sensor (Fc3):
The protection of the
auto-mode detection it is removed. Non recommended
for multiple installations.
3.2.2.
FC 4 pipes:
The zone control manages a 4 pipes
hydronic installation.
-
FC 4 pipes no sensor (Fc4):
There is always
disponiblity of chilled or heated water. If the sensor it is
installed it protects the system to avoid the start of the
fan in heating mode at lower temperatures.
Standard parameter modification:
Certain parameters (Fan Delay, fixed or variable fan, etc..) can be changed in each machine type depending on the
protection equipment connected to the control panel
-
Fixed or variable FAN:
When working in fixed mode, the fan always works (despite the number of active zones) at the selected speed wired between
the control panel and the fancoil. In variable Fan mode, the speed varies between 1 to 3 in function of the number of active zones.
-
4-way valve:
This is configured depending on the operating mode in which the valve is excited. (mechanical only)
-
Fan Delay:
It is possible to select a start delay for the fan ( 2 min 40 s) to avoid the start of the fan at lower temperatures of the coil.

THERMOSTAT CONFIGURATION
4.1. Positioning thermostats:
Distribute the thermostats in a significant place in each of the zones to be air conditioned. Place at a height of
approximately 1.5 m, avoiding direct sources of heat and undesired draughts. Avoid placing them close to metal items.
4.2. Programming thermostats:
Each thermostat must be allocated to the control panel and with the motorised regulation of the zone it controls
(outputs 1 to 8 on the board) following the steps below:
