[Table 4.2.1.2] Description of each item of Sending Frame

1 Start Byte Byte indicating the start of Sending Frame (displayed as F0)
2 Station ID Station no. given to Reader (which adjusts the value of rotary
switch next to Reader.)
3 Data Length Total length of Frame (from Start Byte to Check Sum)
4 Control Mode Mode to select the control environment of Reader
5 Command Command according to each Control Mode

the Reader (0x02), or it controls the Tag directly (0x03) based on ISO 15693. [Table 4.2.1.3]
