Istnieje mo ż liwo ść pod łą czenia maksymalnie 3 modu ł ów rozszerze ń
serii EXP… w jednym czasie.


Expandability

Thanks to expansion bus, the RGK800 can be expanded with
EXP… series modules.

It is possible to connect a maximum of 3 EXP… modules at the
same time.

The supported EXP modules can be grouped in the following
categories:
o
communication modules
o
digital I/O modules
o
Analog I/O modules.

To insert an expansion module:
o
remove the power supply to RGK800
o
remove the protecting cover of one of the expansion slots
o
insert the upper hook of the module into the fixing hole on the
left of the expansion slot
o
rotate right the module body, inserting the connector on the
bus
o
push until the bottom clip snaps into its housing.

Unless otherwise specified, the modules can be inserted in any
sequence.

In applications subject to considerable vibrations, the expansion
modules can be held securely in place with the special module
bridge clamp accessory, included in the pack.

To fit this accessory:
o
remove the two right screws with a Torx T7 screwdriver
o
position the bridge over the connected modules
o
screw the screws back in place again.

Po pod łą czeniu zasilania RGK800 automatycznie rozpoznaje
typ pod łą czonych modu ł ów serii EXP.

Je ś li konfiguracja systemu zmieni ł a si ę w odniesieniu do ostatnio
zapisanej (jeden modu ł dodano lub od łą czono) to sterownik poprosi
u ż ytkownika o potwierdzenie nowej konfiguracji. W przypadku
potwierdzenia nowa konfiguracja zostanie zapisana i b ę dzie aktywna,
w innym przypadku po ka ż dym pod łą czeniu zasilania pojawi
si ę komunikat o rozbie ż no ś ci.

Aktualna konfiguracja systemu pokazana jest na dedykowanej stronie
(modu
ł y rozszerze ń ), gdzie mo ż na zobaczy ć ilo ść , typ i status
pod łą czonych modu ł ów.

Numeracja wej/wyj pokazana jest pod ka ż dym modu ł em.

Status (aktywny/nieaktywny) ka ż dego pojedynczego wej/wyj i kana ł u
komunikacji jest pod ś wietlony w negatywie.

When the RGK800 is powered on, it automatically recognises the EXP
modules that have been mounted.

If the system configuration has changed with respect to the last saved,
(one module has been added or removed), the base unit asks the user to
confirm the new configuration. In case of confirmation, the new
configuration will be saved and will become effective, otherwise the
mismatch will be shown at every subsequent power-on of the system.

The actual system configuration is shown in the dedicated page of the
display (expansion modules), where it is possible to see the number, the
type and the status of the modules.

The I/O numbering is shown under each module.

The status (energised/de-energised) of every single I/O and
communication channel is highlighted in reverse
