Section 6    Repairing Procedures

 

 

6.1    Repair Procedures 

This  section  contains  common  field  repair  procedures  for  replacing  various  defective 
components of console system.   Before performing any of these repair procedures, be 
sure  you  have  used  the  troubleshooting  procedures  in  Section  9  of  this  manual  to 
properly isolate the instrument’s problems. 

 

Repair Notes 

 

 

Before  removing  any  module  part  ensure  the  power  is  always  turned  off  and 
power cord disconnected. 

 

Ensure  the  statics  wrist  band  is  always  worn  prior  to  removing  any  laser  diodes
