Final Verification / Checkout
Prior to power on the system, ensure all the connectors and connections are in place
and the electrical standard is met the system specification. The initialization
procedures are outlined as:
- Disengage the emergency button and interlock plug-in
- Plug in the key into keyhole and turn the key-switch for power on
- Ensure the UPS power switch is pressed or activated (only applies with equipped UPS)
- Boot up system software and allow self-testing to process
- Check for any abnormality or error code process (refer to troubleshooting section 8.0)
If the system rechecking process is valid, then the system is ready to go. More detailed
screen operation and description refer to section 4.2 page 21.
Now the system is fully setup, the final verification is required to conduct before demo
or handle over to user end. These performance procedures can be divided as follows:

UPS Main power rechecks (Optional)

LCD Software and camera rechecks

Power control and laser head rechecks
UPS Main Power (Optional)

Power on the main switch and allow it to boot and distribute the power source
- Validate if there is abnormally beeping sound
LCD Software and camera integrity

Power on the LCD and await for the boot up process to be complete
- Validate if there is software program is properly boot up (refer to below figure)
- Validate if the camera integrity is ok
