HOW TO ADJUST THE FOOTSTRAPS

Your

Lifecycle 6500HR

aerobic trainer has nylon-reinforced rubber footstraps with one

inside and six outside slits on each pedal. To adjust the width of the straps, grasp the

outside of the strap and pull down and away from the knob. Once the slotted end is

removed, choose a width that feels the most comfortable while you are riding, reinsert

the knob through the slot and pull the strap up. The knob will click when it locks in place.

CAUTION:

Do not attempt to adjust the pedal footstraps while you are

pedaling the bike. Doing so could cause injury or result in an

uncomfortable workout.
