addition, the output shaft gear is radially
floating on the output shaft to make the gear
engaged with the countershaft gear properly
and distribute the load as equal as possible.
Since the output shaft gear floats on the
output shaft, the needle bearing is not
required any more, and the radial forces
applied by the two countershafts to the output
shaft are offset, so that the output shaft only
bears the torque without bending moment, and
the stressing condition of output shaft and
bearing is improved, substantially enhancing
the reliability and durability of the
transmission.
4.4.2 Main performance parameters
The maximum input torque is 1,800 Nm, the rated
rotate speed 2,600 r/m, the fuel capacity 23
L, and the gear ratios are given in the table
below.
