1. Wash & soak rice, urad dal & soyabeans granules for 4 hours.
2. Grind, mix and ferment for 8 to 10 hours. Grind the mixture to paste
consistency.
3. Grease Idli MWS Stand with Oil. Put Idli batter in it. Add ½ cup water in the
MWS bowl. Keep the idli stand in bowl & cover. Select category and press
start to cook. Allow to stand for 3 minutes.
Note:
