1. Combine egg, milk & sugar. Dip bread slice in mixture. Turn until well coated
and let the bread soak for at least one minute.
2. Place bread on greased MWS flat glass dish and keep the dish on rack.

Mix well & select category & weight and press start.
2. When beeps, add vegetables, water, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala,
salt. Mix well.

4. When beeps, remove mash it well, add butter & lemon juice. Garnish with
coriander leaves keep aside.

For grilling pav-bhaji buns:
Cut each bun in centre, apply butter, arrange
on high rack.
