Reset to default settings
In case the z4 denies any action you recall the default settings
(instead of the presets) by triggering a coldstart.
When switching off the z4’s last settings are preserved.
Thus when a serious failure occurs only a coldstart can
help.
1.
Press the buttons ENTR and the USER simultaneously
For about 40 seconds the words “Operator Init” appear at the
display. The default settings are valid again.
Already stored and important operator presets can be
saved from overwriting by activating the click box
“Initialization” in the setup software under “Operator /
Security”.
