Maintenance by the user
Please observe the following notes and advice for simple
maintenance. The actual maintenance must be carried out by
trained staff only.
Reading out the software information
The software information is important for both the administrator
and the service person of the Lawo AG, enabling them to carry
out the error diagnosis and give support. For reading out the
software information please follow the instructions below.
1.
Press and hold the blank button in the user button block
On the far left section of the display appears „REMOTE“ and
below the information about the operating unit. On the right
sections of the display appears “BASE UNIT” with the data
referring to the base unit.

„C“ (Controller) : software version, e. g. C:11
•
„D“ (DSP): software version, e. g. D:04
•
„CON“ (...):software version, e. g. CON:01
•
„EEPROM“ (...):software version, e. g. EEPROM: 512

Release the blank button
Terminates the function.
Please ask your administrator first when some
malfunction occurs. If support is required beyond that of
the administrator he will contact a service person of the
Lawo AG.
