Several channel strips can be pre-listened simultaneously.

Summing PFL, FaderOffOn
Pre-listen is activated and deactivated by pressing the
channel button (if defined as PFL button). While the fader
is open the pre-listen is deactivated.
For configuring the desired monitor function of the z4
Digital Mini Mixer you have to activate the monitor mode
“MON”.
1. Press the button “MON”
The “MON” button shows green.

Turn the channel rotary controls under the labelled
displays
The monitor mode changes.

Press the button “MON” again.
Terminates the setting of the levels.
With the respective channel rotary control you define the
gain for the respective monitor output. You can set an
offset for the two headphone channels as there is only
one shared fader for both headphone outputs.
Assigning user buttons for monitoring
You can assign different sources to the user buttons and this
way monitor the respective source at a key-stroke. This requires
that the user buttons are released for the source monitoring in
the setup.
1. Press the button “MON”
The “MON” button shows green.
You have now activated the mode for monitor assignment.
