DSP Audio Control
In the DSP Audio Control you perform the respective channel
settings for phase, filter, equalizer as well as the dynamic section.
Performing audio control settings
The channel strips with their displays are named A, B, C and D
from left to right to make explaining easier. Follow generally the
instructions given below.
1. Press the button “DSP”
The button shows green. You have now activated the audio-
control mode for setting the DSP sections mentioned above.

Press the channel (PFL) button of that channel strip for
which you want to change the audio parameters
The channel (PFL) button blinks green.
The display area A names the DSP section in the bottom line.
The display areas B, C and D show in the top line the
parameters and in the bottom one the parameter values.
If a channel (PFL) button is already activated this step is not
necessary. After pushing the “DSP” button the parameter
setting for this channel is already selected.
3.
Turn the channel rotary control A and select the required
DSP section
The first DSP section you are offered is PHASE (see listing of the
DSP sections).
4.
Turn the respective channel rotary control B, C and D to
set the parameter values
5.
Press the “DSP” button again to terminate the function
Terminates this function. The setup “DSP” goes out. The z4
returns to the mix mode. Pressing another channel button after
point 3 or point 4 leads to parameter settings of the respective
channel.
