data traffic is possible through the optical interface. Pressing an LCD button interrupts power 
saving mode; after 15 minutes of inactivity (no LCD button pressed and no data traffic via the 
optical interface), the unit switches back to power saving mode.

 can be powered from a power supply unit or with a battery. 

In battery operation, the type of battery used depends on the
