Pressure Hose Connection
In order to monitor the temperature and humidity of the compressor’s output air,
the ACS must be integrated into the air flow.
Safety advisory!
Make sure the air flow runs from left to right!
• The sensor housing (

) is equipped with a self-clamping compressed air
connector (

). Slide the compressed air hose into the connector until it
snaps into place.
Allowable hoses
ACS 5000
:
• PA hose, external diameter 9 mm (tolerance: + 0.05 mm/-0.1 mm),
inner diameter 6 mm
• PU hose, external diameter 8 mm (tolerance: + 0.10 mm/-0.1 mm),
inner diameter 6 mm
• To dismantle the hose (e.g. for repair work), press the gray ring in the connec-
tor (
23
) toward the housing (

) (which will unclamp the hose) and at the
same time pull the hose out.

:
• PA hose, external diameter 10 mm (tolerance: + 0.05 mm/-0.1 mm),
inner diameter 8 mm
• PU hose, external diameter 10 mm (tolerance: + 0.10 mm/-0.1 mm),
inner diameter 8 mm
