Limitation of liability
The products benefit, under specific conditions, from a manufacturer's warranty that may be
invoked by Lamborghini Caloreclima’s direct customers. Users should contact the supplier of this
product for the applicable conditions and in case of a potential warranty claim.
Any warranty provided by Lamborghini Caloreclima in relation to the product will be rendered null
and void in the following cases:
• Incorrect installation or programming, misuse and/or improper maintenance leading to any kind
of product damage;
• Improper or unauthorised work carried out on the controller or its components;
• Incorrect or improper connection/assembly of this product with other systems or products and
vice versa;
• Use of any lubricant, grease or chemicals of any type which are incompatible or not listed by
the manufacturer as compatible for the product;
• Damage caused by failure to follow the configuration and/or sizing procedures.
Lamborghini Caloreclima declines all liability for equipment installed by the user upstream or
downstream of Lamborghini Caloreclima products, and for processes/production processes
surrounding the installation or those related to it. Any malfunctions, faults, and direct or indirect
damage caused by such equipment or processes are also excluded from the warranty.
Lamborghini Caloreclima declines all liability for any loss of profits, revenue, use, production, or
contracts, and for any indirect, special or consequential damages of any kind. Please refer to the
Lamborghini Caloreclima Price List for further information on the terms and conditions that apply
to this product.
