4.7.2 Fault

This chart show the fault classified which is made product forced stop. Press the Knob, then the

visual warring will be release. The product will be stopped the operation for protect themselves.

Over

Temperature

Activated the electronic temperature limiter. In case of over
temperature in chamber, the main power will be cut off due to
the temperature limiter for the protect sample and product.
Please check again, the set value in over temperature limiter.

Door Open

During the product operation, if door is opened more than 5
min. The product will be stopped and the door open fault alarm
will be occurred.

3

Sensor Fault

The product operating will be stopped. If the product have
problem between temperature sensor and main controller.
