THE CUTS
ADVICE :
• For all the cuts in general, place the
oblong food product in the slider along its
length and slightly inclined on one side.
• Remove the storage box for Julienne
blades during use and replace it for storage.
Slices
Crinkle cuts
To cut slices, choose the
side of the horizontale
blade: micro serrated side
or serrated side according
the required cut. No Ju-
lienne blade is placed.
Insert the horizontale
blade.
Adjust the thickness.
Cut the product with up-
and-down movement.
FOR HORIZONTALE CUTS with the horizontale blade used by itself,
REMOVE THE DICING CUBE SYSTEM
: move back the slider to
place it on the dicing Cube System (1) and lock both bolts on the frame
of the Mandoline (2).

• For easier cutting of hard products, press on the central shaft of
the pusher during the with up-and-down movement.
• Place the product in the slider, place the pusher. Then push the slider down
with the pusher (2) and push it then back to the top. Once the slider is com-
pletely above the blade, rotate the pusher on quarter turn , until the stop of
the slider (3). Maintaining the rotated position push the slider down over the
blade and again back to the top (4). Rotate the pusher in the opposite direc-
tion. Repeat the movements until the product is completely cut.

Waffle cut
• Use the serrated side of the horizontale
blade.
Adjust the thickness to a very thin
thickness between 0 and 2
(see the thic-
kness markers from 0 to 10 on the frame);
this thickness can be adjusted according
to the product consistency. Push up the
upper plate(1) : place your other hand be-
low the lower portion of the top plate and
raise it as much as possible. Then tighten
the knobs. Insert the horizontale blade and
remove the dicing Cube System.
