ASSEMBLY
1.
GENERAL
This section contains procedures describing the assembly of the Model FA2100 Cockpit
Voice Recorder as well as storage instructions after assembly. There is no special testing
necessary during assembly. However, once assembly is completed, the operational test
procedure provided in the Testing and Troubleshooting Section 100 should be performed
to verify proper operation of the Recorder.

REQUIRED MATERIALS
Special equipment required for testing and assembly of the recorder can be found in
Table 901 of the Special Tools, Fixtures, and Equipment Section 900 of this CMM.
Table 701 provides a list of the common assembly materials used with the FA2100 Cock-
pit Voice Recorder.
