Disable Data Services
You can disable data services again without turning off your phone. However, you will not have access to
all data services, including Web and messaging. Disabling data services will avoid any charges associated
with these services. While signed out, you can still place or receive phone calls, check voicemail, and use
other voice services.
1. From standby mode, press

Data Settings

Data

Off

2. Read the disclaimer and press
DISABLE
(right softkey) to sign out.
Net Guard
If Net Guard is enabled, it will be displayed to confirm that you want a connection when you try to use
data services. The Net Guard feature helps you avoid accidental connections. You can disable the feature
in the future by selecting
Auto-Connect
when you see Net Guard displayed.

to activate the Net Guard.

to deactivate the Net Guard.
Note:
When enabled, Net Guard appears only once as long as you have not turned the phone off and on.
Headset Mode
Set the sound output destination including the incoming ringtone.
