Remove a Lock Screen Widget

 

n 

Touch and hold the widget you want to remove, and then drag it to “X Remove” at the top of the 
screen, and then release it when it turns red.

Security Settings

The Security settings menus let you set encryption options, password visibility, administrator 
settings, and credential storage options.

Encrypt & Decrypt Data

You can encrypt your phone and the SD card installed in your phone. For both encryption and 
decryption, you need to enter a PIN or password for the screen lock. To set up a PIN or password, 
see 

Screen Lock

Warning: 

Refrain from using the phone, including removing the battery and the SD card, during the 

encryption process as some or all of your data will be lost if the encryption process is interrupted.
