9. Press the end time. Enter the desired informa-
tion using the number pad on the screen. Press
the “X” box to erase the entire selected informa-
tion. Use the backspace key to erase one char-
acter at a time. Enter the time in 24 hour format
with no colon between the hours and minutes.
Press the “OK” button.
10. Repeat the above steps for each shift on each
day as needed.
11. Press the “OK” button on the screens that follow
to exit back to the Main Control screen.
To save time, shift times can be copied from one day to
the next. For example, if the shift times are the same for
Monday through Friday, set the shift times for Monday as
explained above. Next, select Tuesday and press the
“Copy previous” button. The shift times for Tuesday will
become the same as Monday. Repeat the process for
the remaining days. To make all days the same, press
the “All shifts the same” button. Press the “Reset” button
to return all shift times on all days to the default shift
schedule.
